- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not impressed. Due to poor health brain tumour am exempt from charges. Receptionist checked my paper work. First she questioned it then said it was ok. Had teatment which was good. Two weeks later had a letter from NHS saying I have got to pay £20 FOR the treatment and £100 fine. Its strange I lived in north east for 10 years never paid penny. My health and circumstances are still the same now. I have now got to go through process of fighting this . Could really do without this added stress.by steven coxOctober 07, 2017
